Two plans, monthly, in rupees. Every new property gets 14 days of Quote + Menu free, with no card.
Quote — ₹499 a month
- Property setup and photos
- Room types and prices
- Quotes as a WhatsApp message or a PDF
Quote + Menu — ₹999 a month
- Everything in Quote
- Your menu, from a spreadsheet or a photo
- Food bills and GST invoices, at your GST rate
- A daily email of yesterday's food takings
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay, by card or UPI Autopay, charged monthly in advance. Choose a plan in Settings → Plan. To pay by bank transfer instead, write to help.kwotix@gmail.com.
Can I cancel?
Any time. The month you have paid for runs to its end; after that, quotes and bills can't be sent until you choose a plan again.
Is GST included?
The prices above don't include GST on the subscription yet. If that changes, we will tell you by email before it applies.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It stays yours. Ask us and we will send you your quotes and invoices, and then delete your property and everything in it.
